When you purchased the test you supplied your email address and phone number. Your email address is your name and your phone number is your password. Please enter these items EXACTLY as you entered them (including any dashes in your phone number) on the order form. Security is case sensitive.

There are basically two reasons that you can't log in. One is improper entering of your email address and password. Please be sure to enter the information EXACTLY as you entered it on the order form, including any dashes in your password ( phone number)
The other reason you may be denied access is that cookies are not enabled on your computer. Cookies are necessary to store information about the test, such as saved answers from an incomplete test. Therefore, if cookies are not enabled you can't take the test. Check with your computer's help files for information about enabling cookies.

The most common reason for this is a failure to fill in your information at the top of the test. Please supply your full name, email address and password.

Are you completing the test on the same computer that you started on? A cookie was placed on the system that you began the test on and all consequent sessions must be done on the same computer.

Sorry, the test can only be taken once. If you wish to take it again you will need to purchase it again and remove the original cookie from your computer
